Our staff will meet with your team to learn the needed skills and wants to get you the correct resource requirement the first time. By taking the time to get it right up front. We will use our candidate evaluation check list to guide the account representative though the process of asking the right questions. The resource requirements document will be reviewed by you the client to ensure we have the requirement correct. The requirement will be sent to the recruiting specialize to do the 3 tier search we have available to used at BSS. This process of using the 3 tier search will allow us to find hard to get skills in the resource market place today. The candidates will be interviewed using our own candidate question check list. The questions are designed to get you the right resource in fast timeline. We will complete the needed background checks to ensure the candidate is ok to be short listed to you the client for your review. The short listed candidates will be reviewed by you the client and setup for your evaluation and interview via our recruiting specialize being available to review interview finding and schedule interviews for you. You will interview and accept the best fit resource for your needs. We are available to manage the interview scheduling and document the process for your needs. This process is well planned and our staff well training to work with you and complete this process with easy to work with planning as the core team value.
